I just got back from a week long vacation, and so it wasn't so much of a surprise to me that when I finally steped back on the scales I was 150 (up from 145). I decided to nip it in the bud and started going to fitness classes. Drinking 72 oz of water, lowered my carbs to 35 (down from 50) as well (and cut out the higher rung carbs such as grains, etc).
I started Tuesday by with one hour in the morning (a combo of elliptical and weight training), in the evening it was a step class for an hour. Wednesday was a hour long spinning class. Thursday was the evening step class again. Friday morning I had a spinning class.
So I stepped on the scales this morning and am 160! What on earth? I tracked my calories on fitday, I never went above 1300.

they store everything they can to protect you as that thing thats after you might still be around and they will need to quickly get you safe. Once they learn your new to them work load is their normal work load they will release the fluids and you will get a nice whoose.

). It's really interesting about the muscle's holding onto water, I hope they give up soon.

...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."
