Hmm, that is interesting but I don't think it is really me, I rarely hold my emotions in. Cool that you put in the link. I am gonna enjoy looking at that later when I have the time. Thanks!

Yeah - I edited my original post because I didn't want to sound like I was telling you that you hold your emotions in, I just thought you guys would find this stuff interesting - and at best, a fun way to kill some time when you are bored. Dream interpretaion - while extremely fallable, is at least entertaining. Just don't take it too seriously.

Please, it still happens to me. lol Just a few nights ago, I dreamed that I forgot I was a low-carber and ate a bag of Cheetos right before bed. Then I woke up the next morning and felt awful. Then I really woke up and was relieved.

Sure, I have a "Fun Day" every month where I eat anything I want for the entire day - but goodness, not accidental ones!

The scariest ones happen when your dream that you were dreaming and woke up to realise you actually did eat the forbidden food (but are still in fact asleep), and when you do wake up for real you can't be sure until you go check for evidence.

Like once I'd muched without cheating after midnight, wishing to munch on a no-no instead,(which exist in my house because of my son, just before retiring. In the morning I frantically checked the table, fridge and even trash thinking I'd continued eating first a can of peas, then corn, then oodles of noodles, and more oodles. I was relieved after a few minutes of waking up the rest of the way.

Re: Ever have an "eating nightmare"?

Wow - I never really experienced the whole "waking up in my dream, and the dream still contiues even though you *think* you are awake" scenerio. I mean, I have seen it in movies and TV shows, and it always seems like a frightening experience. Should that ever happen to me - my next step will be picking up the phone and calling in sick to my office, because I obviously will be in need of a vacation! LOL
