Let me start off by saying - no, I'm not being abused, lol. I work overnight stocking at a Target and get a lot of bruises from handling and being attacked by heavy boxes, and I'm wondering if theres anyway to make bruises lighter or reduce them/their duration at all. I don't have a lot of cold steaks or frozen peas around =p, so any other advice would be nice. Their mainly on my arms and legs, some of them hurt and some don't. I've always been an easy bruiser, and since I'm so pale they seem to stay forever. I once got hit by a dodgeball and had a huge bruise for over a month
. What can I do once I know I'm going to bruise to help at all? Or once I already am bruised?

, the dashboard bounced on it! That was on 24 March last, I'm still having physio to get rid of the lump (it is shrinking). The physio said I will be left with a dent in my leg as the tissues are so badly damaged. Don't ignore big, serioulsy hard bruises, get them checked.
