I preferred CoQ-10 and L-Glutamine. Both of which are supposed to aide in metabolizing fat for energy, which only helps if you are going to use that energy for something like exercise. Certainly the diet by itself is enough for most people, but ensuring you getting all necessary nutrients can't hurt either. The important thing is not use whatever supplement as a crutch for bad behavior or bad diet.
