    I preferred CoQ-10 and L-Glutamine. Both of which are supposed to aide in metabolizing fat for energy, which only helps if you are going to use that energy for something like exercise. Certainly the diet by itself is enough for most people, but ensuring you getting all necessary nutrients can't hurt either. The important thing is not use whatever supplement as a crutch for bad behavior or bad diet.

      did you see the new disclaimer on the new leptaprin commercials in small preint at they top it has the words with ANY diet and exercise plan... wonder how the folk paying all that money feel when they see they got that info too.


      If you are defiecient in any vits and or mineral carier molucules exzymes or hormones then correcting them will increase your metabolism but if you aren't then you are just flushing your money down the toilet cause that is were all the excess vits mins and supplements we take end up.
