Yay, I officially weighed in at 244.6 this morning! 25.4 lbs. in 6 weeks--I'm very proud of myself.
And yes, I'll be posting those before and afters in just 5 more pounds so you can all see how chunky I was(and still am).
I know that many of you don't agree with my outstpoken, arrogant and otherwise rebellious posting - don't let this one happy post confuse you! I'll be sure to return to my controversial ways tomorrow.
Regarding wine, I will be on my alcohol run in two weeks and plan to start consuming a glass or two of wine each week. We've been over statistics before and talked about how many people choose to skip this rung, but it is one that's very important to me and that I'm looking forward to(at every family gathering, Erin and I have been forced to simply sit there and watch everyone else at the table partake in some truly impressive stuff). So I'd like to hear about personal experiences with this rung. How it affected people in the short-term, long-term, what happens if you overdo it, etc.
All help, advice and story-sharing is appreciated.
