I was just reading an interesting thread on spices and garlic, which inspired me to come out of lurkerland.
I have never counted spice carbs....never even crossed my mind too. Obviously skipped that chapter in the book.
There are so many opinions on how to low carb successfully, but surely as we all have different bodies and lifestyles, we need to find what works for us? I believe that is the important thing, finding a wol that I can and will stick too.
However if i ever stall, I will start counting those spices!!
I do this woe to the best of my ability, and try to eat in the spirit of good health, as well as just trying to lose weight. So far I am losing so my way is working for me. And I do break it...every weekend I have a drink! Hey, but it used to be every night, ahhh but sacrifices do have to be made.
So my point is....are we all not right? If we are losing weight and are getting more healthy?
But I love to read what other people have done, so that I have room to move in the future.
