snow peas

Hi all, I'm having trouble finding exact carb count for snow peas. I thought I remembered that they were Atkins and induction friendly, but I can't find the specifics... I bought a big bag of them today, and they are screaming my name!

Yes, snowpeas are induction-friendly. 1 cup of fresh snowpeas, according to FitDay, has 5g carbs - 2g fiber = 3g net carbs. Personally I wouldn't sit down and eat an entire cup of snowpeas, but rather mix a few in a stirfry, so the carb count will vary by amount used.
