One thing I did when I was losing big was to THROW EVERYTHING AWAY. Half-opened bags of chips after a party; partial ice cream containers; candy dishes; wheat thins. Just dump'em. Go RIGHT NOW and grab those Reeses and, as you're throwign them away, inform them how horrible they are for the health of the world. Poor peanut buttery things, they probably don't realize the harm they do.
Every Halloween, I allow myself two Reeses. Last Halloween, I even blew that off. It wasn't worth it.

...then you take a nice warm shower ...then you turn it on cold and shock yourself ......I have read things that say that it helps skin snap back after loosing weight and I really think it did help tone my skin some ..but ultimately I do it because it feels soooooo damnnn goood!!!!!
