Is there a chart, like carbcount.pdf that includes salt intake? I'm sort of using Atkins, I'm 10 lbs overweight. A little more exercise and that will go in the next few weeks.
My problem is counting salt along with low carb diets. My BP has jumped up and dummy me didn't realize just how much salt is in some foods including vegetables. I take meds for BP and water retention and I see my doc next week. Till then at this writing weight is not a real issue cause I can loose that, keeping the BP down is a major factor. If that gets to high then I'm afraid to exercise. And I do know weight is a factor that affects my BP.
