      Do you, or does anyone else, have any idea what the conversion rate is for flax seeds vs. grind?

        according to Bob's red mill info 1T seeds is 2 T ground but my grinder leaves about 1/8 t short of 2T meal.

        purselane isn't in their list but Not2late is a very big fan of that for Omega 3 as a rich source.

          I find that 5 level tablespoons of seeds comes to about 8 level tablespons of ground.
          Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
