Heidi3 and Ttdriver

I'm 23, a size 3/4 and I would kill to have their bodies. They seriously have the healthiest attitudes, both with regards to life in general and their diets. Furthermore, they have had kids and have the bodies that even I, as a 23 years old, would kill for. I don't know wether I should hate them or admire them . lol. Such inspirations for ALL of us.

I work my @ss off to keep this body ... Lord knows I let it go to the dogs for 30 years .... but then came Dr. Atkins .... ...and my running shoes....

you guys THANKS!!! ..the body you see is the one that evolved from eating wonderful food and all the support from good friends on this board what goes around comes around here that is for sure ..the more I support and offer love ot you the more I get in return ..pure and simple ......knowing middle age does not have to equate with not being able to bend over and tie your own shoes!!! I wanted to be a **** AND GRAND ****!!!!!! what I really like is being in the same thread as tight as a drum Betty and still want to know if that tiny belly button is pierced ????

read the book, eat a wide variety of wonderful tasting freshly prepared foods, drink water and move your assss pure and simple

I LOVE HEIDI!!!! She is one of the biggest inspirations on this board for me. Always there to help and share her thoughts.

Awww Heidi. Ur so sweet to me. But you are like my mentor. I know that I barely know anyone on this board as a real life person, but if it wasnt for this board and reading everyone's posts everyday I dont think I wouldve stuck to it. All the pics and stories are amazing and I see myself in some people with food addictions. Its great to share feelings/situations and be able to give advice when I can. Knowing that I'm part of a 'group' makes me feel good and knowing that I can ask for advice at any time and get an answer is great.

WHAT a great THREAD I ahve to Say Betty and Heidi have always been tramendous inspirations to me cheering me on getting my ars going when I don't wanna go any more. Lifting me up when I ahve fallen and encouraging me every single day to do my best at everything I do. I just wanna give you both the Biggest WARMEST ((HUGS))) and say THANK YOU soo increadibly much for every single thing that you both do for others as well as for me on the Board you both Certainly Deserve the Kudos and this Very Awesome THREAD.
