Re: Hi I'm new and Have a few questions

Thank you for all your replies. Well, had a family tragedy so I have (sort of) been off the wagon the last week and a half. Ive been drinking tons of coffee and eating a few more carbs then I have been.

    *sigh* It's always something.....

The coffee thing also brings up yet another question... Coffeemate has a "no Sugar" liquid creamer each serving has 1 carb and no sugar... but it tastes very very good.. been having this in my coffee.. and, like the candy I mentioned earlier.. just FEELS like I shouldnt be having it.. (the guilt just takes over)

Ive looked in the forums and havent found anyone that has discussed this, is this stuff BAD too? hehe...

For the last 2 months, I stopped drinking any type of caffeine but with the issues last week, I just didnt care, and started having coffee in the morning.

Re: Hi I'm new and Have a few questions

I'm so sorry about your family situation and I hope things are better.

Unfortunately, I don't think you can have the Coffeemate on induction. It's probably added back on a rung later but someone else will have to advise us on that. Have you tried putting heavy cream in your coffee? We're allowed up to 3 ounces a day of that and it is great in coffee with a little splenda.

Coastgirl, I noticed that you said you drank mostly water or Crystal Lite. Crystal Lite is sweetened with Nutrasweet which is not recommended and is known to cause stalls. Also artificial sweeteners are limited to three servings per day. I hope this helps.

Sorry to hear about you family tragedy, I hope things get better for you.

Coastgirl, I have always drank leaded coffee from day one (not good, but so be it) with heavy cream and Splenda. I love it. Plus with heavy cream you are ingesting a whole food, as opposed to a made up concoction, so I would try the heavy cream.

Sorry about the family tragedy. Hugs to you.
