I think keeping someone awake all night on a bulletin board probably isn't helping. :P I only sleep like 4 hours a night, but I don't wake up with cravings... I know that if I don't go to the gym I usually end up being unable to sleep very well. Also, if I eat carbs too close to bedtime I wake up hungry in either the middle of the night or first thing in the morning, I don't know if they count as cravings, just hunger...27/f/5'10"

See, at that point, I'd go to that there medicine cabinet, get out the Tylenol PM, get out the Nyquil, make myself a little mixer (after calling the Dr. and scheduling my appt ASAP) and curl up under my nice big blanket with my big fluffy pillows with the fan all blowing on me and pass out.27/f/5'10"

If you do get NyQuil get the original death green, they have some tasty delicious "cherry" deal out but its just a watered down form of the original gut rot.
