    Should we measure all food raw? Or if we plug it into fit day as ...example..

    1 cup cooked eggplant, fat added in cooking-
    then should we measure after cooking since we put it in as cooked?

    Thats tough. Spinach for instance is about a zillion times more cooked than fresh.

      For Induction (Chapter 111, DANDR 2002, Induction Acceptable Foods list),

      If a vegetable such as spinach or tomato, cooks down significantly, it must be measured raw so as not to underestimate its carb count.
      When you get to OWL and Pre-Maintenance the vegetables/fruits are measured according to their net carb amounts.
