    I eat 3 times a day, and hardly ever snack.
    This is a change compared to the last time I did atkins, when I ate about 4-5 times a day.
    I'm simply not hungry enough to want to eat any more. I haven't felt hunger in a week, and its awesome.
    I eat breakfast at 9am
    Lunch around 1:30-2 pm
    Dinner around 7-8

      I eat as many meals as I want usually between 3 and 5 but I do not snack ..if I am hungry I make a plate and sit down, focus on the food...eat until I am content then stop ....it does not matter to me how many times if I am hungry ..really hungry ...not bored or just wanting to eat....I eat

          I eat one or two big meals, and several smaller meals throughout the day.

              I Have gotten myself to eat 3 x a day. Before I began Atkins I ate anytime and I stuffed myself full. 3x a day seems right for me, but I need to be ready with a small snack if I get overly stressed or if I actually get hungry.
              Lord, my dream is to lose this weight and to be healthier.

                when i plan my menu (which i havent done for a few days) i plan for 3 meals and two snacks....although all of it are small portions.......i think if i plan that for five days i end up eating all of that 3 days out of the 5...the other two i usually end up skipping the last few things because im just not hungry anymore....


                when i dont plan my menu (like the past few days...lol) i seem to eat lunch and dinner...or maybe an am snack like some cheese and olives, lunch and a pm snack but no dinner *shrug*

                  I wish I didn't get as hungry so often. I think my body gets used to being fed at certain times and starts complaing if I don't do something about it. I work in an office with not that much to distract me, so I go light breakfast (only because of a lack of time) mid am snack, lunch, afternoon snack and dinner. Now on the weekends, I don't think I snack at all. Busier I guess.
