Do you mean low carb baking or all low carb cooking? The baking part isn't worth the effort in most cases, imo.
But the rest of low carb cooking...I've made recipes directly out of Gourmet Magazine, Julia Child's books, and Escoffier without adapting them because they were naturally low carb.
