Rather dull today... beef stew; broccoli; Greek yogurt. Oh... and a maintenance class of red wine.

Re: Quickie - What's For Dinner?

I haven't thought about tonight yet, but hubby made dinner last night.

We had Boiled dinner, without the potatoes.

Corned beef, cabbage, turnips, carrots, (I didn't eat the carrots). Pretty tasty. This morning he put the leftover corned beef in an omelette with swiss. I was in a rush though, so I got stuck with boiled eggs.

Chicken chili w/sour cream or leftover chicken fajita stuff in an omelet.

A quickie for dinner sounds great. A nooner for lunch isnt bad either.

                          ROTFLMAO @ Tommy

Mmmm. Burns calories too. And it sounds much more exciting than the ground beef/cabbage casserole I have defrosting at the moment.

I'm going to try a breaded chicken recipe tonight, using pork rinds of coarse. Plus, broccoli with cheese and grilled mushrooms. Had great roast leftovers for lunch today. Yum!
