Geeze, Mom, it took me a couple of minutes there to figure out what the heck "rot chicken" is. I wasn't sure, but it didn't sound like anything I wanted to eat, regardless of what they injected into it.!! 
GeorgiaGirl, I vote to eat the skin if you want. I think the amount of sugar is miniscule (much like the sugar we ignore in mayo) and what was there has probably mostly burned away, anyway. Now, if, like barbecued chicken, it actually tasted sweet, then I said, yes, get rid of the skin.
