Now if only you could just lock the thread for 5 minutes so people have time to think before they "speak".

OK, I'm wondering why a "time out" is needed for expressing what is felt that is wrong with things?

The word "Cheat" is an issue with me also, but I won't go there now..

I hope things get better for you!!
I haven't felt badly about it since I got done berating myself about eating them and why I ate them and then convincing myself that throwing them up would be too much like bulemia for me and I didn't need more issues surrounding food... and I jumped back on the wagon (as soon as I could move from the sugar overload) and am moving forward again.

Thanks for the hugs... I didn't mean to make this into a personal thread, or share any of that information for that matter.

Hate the word "cheat", fell off the wagon, ate something high-carb, had something that wasn't good for body, etc. are much better phrases IMO.

Nonono, I meant for timeout when a. someone says something nasty to someone or b. when threads get out of hand with flaming instead of serving a purpose.

The thing is I think everyone has a different definition of the word cheat. What would you define a cheat as?
for me, now that I am on maintenance.......... it is really anything that is carb laden or just point blank bad. I will not mention what it is............. lol lol

Cheating is when you tell your wife you are going to the store and you go to a hotel with another woman instead. Its really quite cut and dry.

Well, Dr. Atkins used the word, so I think it's fine.

That's so gross. Usually my foot is somewhere else on someone else's anatomy. Care to take a gander? :P
