  • What success (big or small) did you have today?

    Come on! I really need to see some successes today!!

    Did you make your water quota?
    Did you work out?
    Did you do an extra lap?
    Did you take some time for YOU? (something alot forget to do).
    Did you cheer someone on?
    Welcome a newbie?

    What did "YOU" do today to make your life or someone else's better?

    I.......uuummmmm. Stuck to my WOE. Drank all my water. Remembered my vitamins. Not much, but better then nuttin!

    I ran for 30 mins on the treadmill...pushing myself to run fast for short bursts and a super fats sprint for the finish line...thought there for a min I may fly off but I stuck in there. It says I burned 300 cals and went I think 2.7 miles
    Boy I sweat up a storm.....

    Also I stayed on track and ate right today

      I:

      a. ate in a way that makes me feel better about myself (aka followed the Atkins WOE)
      b. faced down DYFS and showed them that my son's father is just an incompetent idiot looking for revenge because I refuse to accept his nastiness
      c. put away most of my clothes and switched out most of my summer clothes for my fall ones (this is a huge undertaking) and pulled out clothes that are too big that I kept around because my distorted self image says I'm still that big - and put them in a pile to donate
      d. Told someone I love that I love them (it's a very important thing to do this)
      e. Drank my water

      Today was a good day.

        Hi Guys

        Today, I:

        1-Drank my water goal and it's only 9:30...may make it to 100 oz today
        2-Did not give in to my wine craving!!!!
        3-Made another awesome low carb dish - green enchilada chicken so I can have something to freeze and grab quick for days at the office
        4- And I took my vitamins too!

        Hope tomorrow is even better....

          I did A LOT of crunches and other floor exercises and lifted weights.

          No Weigh Until Christmas Day!!!

            -did not lick the jelly knife out of habit.
            -did kept it "clean" all day.
            -drank my water and took my vitamin.
            -ate my keyboard 'cause it looked like a Hershey bar!!!!

              but I forgot my vitamins One heck of a day...if they were by the roll of toilet paper I'd probably remember to take them every day.

                i repped a couple members
                i still "turned purple"
                i got some great buys at the groecery store today
                i got a bunch of flights in for the pledging flights challenge
                i succeeded in getting my second entry taken care of in journal stats
                i read all the emails replies today!
                got a burden off my back

                    I got almost all of my homwork done
                    I ate enough veggies
                    I remembered to take my vitamin

                      I burnt 680 calories rather than the usual 500!!
                      I drank all my water
                      I ate 100% atkins

                            For yesterday- I ate my veggies. ALL of them. I remembered my vitamins.

                            For today- its still early LOL I ate an Atkins approved breakfast for my Rung with sausage and yogurt.

                            (Modified OWL-moving up rungs for convenience when travelling, keeping carbs moderate)
                            Foods I cannot have-
                            Black beans.- instant headache and upset belly.
                            spaghetti squash mixed with tomatoes- ravenous

                              I drank my water and walked my three miles. The more water I drink the more I lose. I give cuddos to benandhalles mom for keeping the water board going. She has helped me tremedously with my weight loss, brady
