      That is not unusual your first week or so on Induction. What phase are you in? Are you eating your vegies?
      But, not knowing, I would suggest if you have been following Atkins for any length of time and still having these symptons to seek medical attention.

        wow if you have been doing Atkins correctly since Jan and still feel that way go see your doc. either you are ill or you are having a food intolerance issue cause once you clear the glycogen stores and get the ketosis going during the early days if induction all of that should have disappeared,
        by the book atkinseer

            I know what you mean, Forest. It's like going on a chastity board and announcing you plan to spend the weekend boinking your brains out. Some people post these threads in order to get support not to do it and some people do it just for the big drama it causes.

            So, um, how well did you manage to stick to plan while you were in NYC?

                    it was not meant as a slamm at all it was meant to say he has the right to come on the board and ask a simple question

                      A two pound gain isn't bad, glad you had a good time. So are you now back on plan? Remember to get back immediately, not delay for the longer you do the harder it is.

                        yeah started induction this morning

                        going to play it by ear how long i stay in it.

                        probably atleast a week

                          hey Forest. You only need to go back to induction until you are back in ketosis. Then you can start up the rungs! I think you will be much happier proceeding on to OWL.
