    Re: Hard Boiled Egg Question

Oh, I am with you about fresh home chicken eggs. They are delicious. Heidi3 use to buy duck eggs and she loved them. (Probably still does for that matter) Has anyone tried "other than" chicken eggs?

        Re: Hard Boiled Egg Question

I have ducks and have had duck eggs, they are very good. I usually feed the duck eggs to the chickens, ducks and turkeys (for calcium--they eat the shells) because duck eggs only stay fresh for about 8 days.

Looking forward to trying turkey eggs when Blanca starts laying.
