    Lettuce?

Well guys I have a question. Why is it that almost everytime that I have a lettuce I feel bloated, very full and with gas? Is that normal? Am I maybe having too much? I dont eat it often and it is not more than a cup. Do you think I should just eliminate it completely? Please help I think that it might be making me stall....

    Re: Lettuce?

Some people react to lettuce like that. Fortunately there are 53 other veggies on the Induction Foods List you can choose to eat instead of lettuce.
