      Wow, now thats what I call a lot of support thanks guy!

      Somedays I eat more, some days I eat a lot less, just depends on how I feel, I actually feel quite good that Im not thinking all the time about food and my next meal, i know that I dont need tons of food and comfort food anymore, man if feels good.....

      And the money that Im saving When we go shopping, whatever is on sale that week in the meat dept, thats what Im eating for that week.... Im just hoping that lamb goes on sale soon

      Thanks for the support, and when I get down to 450lbs (hopefully by xmas) I will post some pictures

        I just wanted to chime in here to say congrats on doing this on your own without surgery. More of us super heavyweights should give Atkins a try before risking our lives on the operating table. There are many folks here who have gotten to goal from the 400's without surgery, so it can be done.

        I know that you haven't mentioned anything about GBS, but I just wanted to say that I think it is commendable you aren't doing it even though you most likely qualify.
