So like I came accross this site as I am ready to do on a diet, from what I have read atkins is basically eating meat and exercising and you will lose all the weight?
How many calories you meant to eat on atkins? How does it work? I know it does work and it's intresting...
What's the difference if I just eat 1,000 cals a day and exercise like mad? wouldn't that be the same?
