ok i just ate 2 chicken strips from kfc and thought they would be ok,then i look it up on the net and find the exact opposite,did i just ruin everything i have done in the past 6 days,oh jeez .

I'm with Silly -- it was one slip, one meal. The danger comes when it sends you down a slippery slope. Even if you slip out of ketosis, you'll probably get back there quickly (it's not like the first time). Just make sure you're back on track, and stay there. AND, stay away from ANYTHING that has breading!

Just keep going, drink lots of water to get those nasty carbs out of ur system!
Heres a good receipe for making ur own chicken strips. I've tried them and they are a really good substitute for KFC strips!

Did Atkins on and off from Feb 2005 until April 2008. Fluctuated between 15 st 1/211lbs and 11 st 1/155lbs.
On different weightloss programme from 28th May 2008 start weight 14 st 11/207lbs.
