    Cheese?

Hi all! I was just wondering if anyone could tell me how much cheese we are allowed daily in induction? I am sure i have read it somewhere, but have been through my book and cant find it, so thought i would ask you all! I have only started induction today, so not really that experienced yet!

well you can also have not so hard cheeses in that 3-4 oz allotment ...mozzerella and brie and fontina and queso fresco and raclette and gouda and and and and ...

all this wonderful world of eating cheeses made this for me
