Re: Anyone Not Loosing But Gaining???
Sorry I'm coming to this late, but I just glanced at your fitday journal for yesterday.
I must be reading something wrong...does it say you had a whole cup of heavy cream? You should never be having this much cream...two to three tablespoons a day is the max. Also, your creamy dressing...not sure what it is...there's a lot there too. This stuff adds up...when I go back two days (you don't have 2/11 in there) to 2/10, it says you consumed 2,500 calories, which includes seven tablespoons of caeser dressing. And the McDonald's double cheeseburger...lotta cheese there...why not have hamburger and just put mayo on it? No carbs! As you are consuming it, you have all the toppings on it which you should be having either (like the ketchup).
I hate to say it, but this WOE may not be for you. You really need to change your habits for life...not try to make your habits "fit" the eating plan.
Maybe you do need to find a plan where you are counting calories, and find the level you should be at...probably around 1,500 for your weight.
Sorry to be so harsh...but a lot of people have offered you great advice, so then when I open your fitday and see a cup of cream...well...it's hard to know what to say.
