Hey everyone I really need your help! Is it possible to be in ketosis and still not be losing weight? I get up every morning and faithfully pee on the stick, and every morning it is somewhere between deep pink and purple!! The problem here is that I just don't seem to be losing like I thought I would in fact the other morning I had gained back a half lb!!
I do not cheat, well I drink an ocassional diet drink or two but that don't spark me to eat more!! Am I just stalled or what? Feedback and your comments pleeeeeeeease!!! Any info why the stick is telling me I'm burning fat and my mirror says I'm not would be helpful!
