      I skipped my usual eggs this morning in favour of that odd pork rind cereal with cream and cinnamon.

            Looks like I missed the memo about eating eggs.

            I had cottage cheese with almonds and sliced strawberries.

                    Three rashers of bacon, two eggs scrambled and a few mushrooms.
                    Atkins didn't say 'Calories don't count',
                    he said, 'Don't count calories.'

                      Mock pancake:

                      3 eggs with some ricotta cheese, 1 pk. Splenda, and a dab of vanilla mixed together, cooked as a pancake. Some sugar-free syrup on top.

                      And about 3 cups of coffee...

                            now I'm hungry I didn't have time this morning so I just grabbed some cheese and left for work, I'm totaly starving right now ... this gives me ideas (and I should seriously consider preparing things the night before!)

                                What is "American Cheese"??
                                I'm thinking it may be what Canadians call "cheese slices"...the individual wrapped slices made by Kraft? (and others).
                                I've always wondered, but never asked.
