    To eat Breakfast or Not to eat breakfast.. that is the question. Is it noble to skip the quintessential meal of the day? Perhaps not. so, to add Eggs, scrabbled with a slice of Ham or left over Steak would be splended. But to also add a cup of decaf with a chocolate -sugar free- topaia flavoring, now that adds to the wonder of a great Shakespearian play.

    Oh, can breakfast bring such wonders to a morning slumber? Can just eggs with a bit of pork break us out of a nocturnal respite? Therefore, I tell you how I crave the afternoon meal of a 8 oz of aged sirloin nestled between two shallow beds of buttery laced spinach with a touch of Tabasco to titillate the pallet.

    Oh for the Morning, I wait you. Only to be tempted by the Mid-day meal.

      I had 2 poached eggs, 1 snausage and 1 piece of bacon and 3 oz espresso with 1 tbls foamed heavy cream. Washed down with 16 oz of water. mmmmm-mmmmm-mmmmmmm. So quick, so easy, not to heavy and keeps me going til lunch.




      The Nutshell: I'm a 43 yr old grrrrl, 5'4". Married to the best guy I've ever met (besides my Dad), with one very active toddler and I run my own pet sitting business.

      I lost 4.8 lbs before Atkins. I started Atkins 2/10/07 and have lost 11.2 lbs so far.

        We love sashimi. I know I'd enjoy it for breakfast too. Heck, if I could afford it, I'd eat it every day.
        Actually it is not that expensive, I buy a platter which equivalates into about a pound of smoked slamon in thin slices at Costco for about 15$$. Now that i am on the diet full swing I will let you know how long it lasts.

          If I'm not mistaking....I gave my dog one of those today as a treat
          Did you mean sausage? I sure hope so!

          I had 4 BBQ chicken wings from yesterday's Sunday BBQ.
