Diet sodas for me too. I've been on countless diets before and always drank a lot of them, thinking it was good for me (or at least not going to hinder my losses). Wrong. I was never successful before.
I've been on induction a week now, I've had no diet sodas and I can tell a huge difference.
Roasted salted nuts...it's really hard to manage portion control. I've found I can eat an ounce of plain nuts ( the kind used for baking) without any urges to eat more. Commercial brands of cottage cheese. They have thickeners in them. I eat homemade with no trouble. I haven't tried out the higher rungs yet but I'm sure there will be additional foods.
