Bread crumbs are not OK. You may stall, you may slow down, it's hard to say. Try to burn those carbs off with an extra helping of exercise today and avoid the bread crumbs in the future.Grant

If you are looking for a breading alternative I'd recommend trying parmesan cheese (my preference) or pork rinds (some people around here swear by them). Both are good substitutes when you are really in the mood for breading and have time to cook at home. At a restaurant though go for the grilled option instead.Grant

I have used parmesan mixed with crushed pork rinds as breading and it is not bad..most time i use parmesan on its own though. Very yummy

Yes... parmesan breading is not bad. When you move to OWL you can make breading with nut flours (I use almond) or nut flours mixed with parmesan. Works well.Before and after:
