I am finding close to impossible to not get on the scale everyday...you know...after the morning pee (LOL). I just want to know how often is good...and I should know better than to weigh in the day after I have soy sauce (like this morning), but I do it anyways and then freak out the rest of the day! What is everyone else doing? I can stick to taking measurements every 2 weeks, but weighing in????

but the other stays around the same weight and it is drivng me nuts to the point that I am considering buying a 3rd scale! Scales are bad lol.
