    BMI isn't much use imo as a measuring tool. Every athlete in mens sports is considered obese on this scale...lol.

    Whoever suggested getting a body fat evaluation is right on the money. MUCH more accurate and a far better gauge of your fitness level.

      Well according to the BMI chart thing - it makes most of the great rugby players in the world overweight, and some even obese - they are just total muscle machines. I reckon the best way to tell where you are is if you are honest and realistic as to how you look and feel. I know that at 140lbs I am just too skinny, feel like ****, and look tired and drawn - and yet it is within what they call a healthy weight for me!

      Also girls - the men do prefer a healthy curve!
