How do you cope on those days when you just cant face food?
i mean ive dealt with it today by force feeding but i was literally heaving just looking at food (okay a hangover may have something to do with that) - is there an easier way to do this? cos i know ive got to that point now where im just never hungry.
Ive had two crappy days on eating im strugglin on the eating every so many hours even if it is just a snack...
so yeah.. what does everyone else do on those days?

....I find that I'm better to eat alot of small things, than 'meals' that seems to work for me. I just snack all day, and drink lots of water. I find also that fattier foods help as well, like tuna/egg salad mayo or p.butter etc.

i puked just cleaning the fridge out! there was no way a fry up wouldve gone down

Ate nuts to calm the stomach back down and everything was fine...but I was really tired all day...
