    Let's put it this way...I *NEVER* made it to the 2nd video...and I did it for like 3 weeks before I got bored. (I get bored with videos easy)

    My arms would be KILLING me (I have weakling arms) before the end of the first video's WARMUP session was over. :O

    You are gonna be sore! But sore in a good way.

        Yup my arms were dead before the warmup too. So you never made it to Burn? I love workout tapes so the boredom won't get it, it will be the soreness that kills me lol. I need to go upstairs to get my 2 year old up from her nap and I don't know if I can make it HA HA HA!

                    You can do it.....if you've been exercising already I bet you'll have an easier time of it. Make sure to do the Limber part too to stretch afterward that felt really good.

                      UH-HUH...yea right! you will hear my SCREAMING all the way from here to there!
                      i legs are really strong but like joy, my arms are "weak sauce"........
                      i will just tape a pic of my wedding dress (which is strapless) onto my fridge....that is motivation...

                        Oh trust me, I whine too. And right now I'm STARVING and fixing my family my favorite home cooked meal - spaghetti and meatballs. I'm dying from the smell, it smells so good. My arms are ok but seriously my legs feel like they will give out on me at any second and I have very muscular legs. EEEK! What have we signed on for?

                          Stop! Ya’ll are frightening me! I am already dying from my abs video yesterday. I am thinking I must be a sadist to sign up for 6 weeks of torture!
