Those chicken cutlet thingings (have no idea what they're called) look like a boneless, skinless chicken breast - you slide them into to your larger bra to fill it out (and, presumably, look natural cuz they jiggle a bit). I've heard of girls that would insert two or three per side.

Ms MS - yeah... I was a D, until I gained all the weight the second time.... it became more than humanly manageable. I -literally- could not see my belly button without the aid of a mirror. Thankfully, things are getting back into proportion. What's sad is... a G is two cups less than I used to be.... I'm hoping to get back into a D/DD... then I can shop in the mall.

tmn- ya know - trying to defy gravity. Bring things back up to the 80s, as it were.(okay - up to the 90s for the younger ones). Remember the old "we must, we must..." exercises? similar to those, just with weights.

        Re: Drat....or Yay?

I am kinda glad to see everyone saying about their bust sizes decreasing. My 12 year old is 160 lbs. and wears (or should say should wear, she won't keep it on) a 38DD. I keep telling her if she drops the weight the boobs will go. This just reinforces my idea.

Ms. Phode, that is too funny about the dents but I can understand your point of getting the money out of the bra.

Coco, congrats on dropping the sizes, definately a yay in my book!

            Re: Drat....or Yay?

lay on your back or on a weight bench. hold a weight in each hand (i use 8 pounds)...bend the arms slightly and bring your arms up til they touch in front of you...hold and bring down slowly...i do 3 sets of 15

if you go to a gym, there is a cool chest machine that you sit on...arms are at right angles next to you and place your hands behind a pad that is about ear level....bring the arms in so that they are in front of you...hold and release....3 sets of 15...i think it is called the chest fly

this will build chest muscles...as well as pushups!!! great....it will help make the best of what you have

Ohhhhhhhh...I don't miss what I lost. I'm still bigger than a D, so I think I'll fore go bra stuffing for now. Maybe some day.
