I woke up on day 4 of induction this morning feeling fatter, unhealthier, dizzy and craving for healthy foods such as fruit and muesli, oats, milk and other such good wholesome food.
I stuck it out till midday when I had a FRIED chicken salad - only 3 hours after the huge greasy fry up I had of 2 eggs bacon sausage mushrooms - a breakfast I would only ever serve up to others in my family. I have always hated fry ups!!
Or anything else that was fatty or greasy for that matter.
This diet is not for me - and each to there own I hear you say - but it has got to be the most unhealthy diet that lacks nutrition and goodness. I can hear you all saying that you take supplements - well surely that goes to prove how unhealthy it really is that you have to take goodness and nutrition in the form of pills.
I havn't had a poo in 5 days- how healthy is that and YES I did drink all of the required amount of water if not more. I feel bloated and disgusting.
I am 5ft 2in and weigh 125 lb and would really like to loose 10 - 15 lbs before I get married in July which is why I have tried this diet. I chose it for quick results and nothing else. I eat relatively healthy usually but since I have turned 40 it gets harder and harder and I can't seem to shift those few pounds. But I can't carry on eating nothing but lard and dead animals - I think I would rather be fat.
