Rumours of my demise have greatly been exaggerated!
I've been stalled for a year.
Too much carbs
Not counting my carbs
Sedentry lifestyle - no exercise
Too many atkins bars
Too many cheat meals, that turn into days that turn into weekends.
And when this happen you go through all sorts of things, depression, denial, bargaining, searching around for new plans.
But I've realised that I owe to myself to get hardcore on my Atkins. To get my butt moving

Some people implied that because I run an Aussie Low Carb board, that I was trying to build that up and steal members or promote my board here. This is not true! ADBB is a special niche board, and you come here for one things - The Atkins plan. (Whereas my board is a small group of friends - 10 active)
Anyways, it's good to be back!
