Anybody know when I could start adding oatmeal... I was eating it every morning for breakfast... I really miss it. Am not feeling so good...
I feel achy with an awful crick in my left neck.... (went to the chiropractor yesterday... didn't help) also a few stomache cramps. I've been taking flaxseed in water as a fiber suppliment... but my stomache just feels kind of tied up in knots... I used to have Irritable Bowel syndrome... and that's what it feels like again. Have lost 12 lbs in 3.5 weeks so am happy with my progress so far... clothes feel lighter... but I feel slightly out of whack... well, more than slightly. Also, keep getting muscle cramps in my gluts and feet and back....I am taking supplements....including calcium. Tomorrow I am taking my first yoga class.... and will pay for 10 classes in June so then I will HAVE to go... maybe that will help...
Your thoughts/ideas/advice would be appreciated.
