Alright, let me start out by saying my mom fell off the bandwagon on Friday because she couldn't give up her beer. But, I stayed on Atkins and did good until Sunday night when she bought about 4 bags of chips (which is my favorite snack food) and left them right in the open. Not only that but my favorite tv-show came on and of course I couldn't resist and ate 2 bags. I'm so pissed off about that. Anyways, thats not the reason I logged on.
I logged on because I wanted to know how important supplements or vitamins really are. I can only afford the necessary foods for the Induction and since I screwed up on the last friggin' day of week one i'm going to have to buy more friggin' food. So, my question is, how important is it that I take my supplements and/or vitamins? I don't want to die or end up in the hospital, lol.
On the other hand, I only gained 1 pound back from last nights binge and i'm still down 9lbs!
