oh nooooooooooooo ... alert the national guard! You are HUMAN!!!! he he. You know what ... you could sit and get down on yourself for days - but it's such a waste of energy hon. You let yourself down, you learnt a lesson - just move on and let it go. Day by day is the way. You'll soon start to realise what your triggers are and avoid them. Just remember that Atkins isn't like doing a diet. It's a way of life. So you can't lull yourself into thinking that just one piece won't hurt. Lotsa luv to you.

Thanks to all of you! You all made me feel a lot better. I now realize that I just can't give up if I mess up. Just jump back on and keep moving forward. I think I'm gonna just have to buy the books. I think that's where I messed up. I was just trying to go by what the boards said and what I've found by doing some research on the net. I am also not a cook. I actually hate cooking. So it's a little harder for me, maybe. BUT I've finally got my best friend to come by twice a week to workout again. I've got to start somewhere [again]. Thanks again everyone!
