I am going to Hawaii in 2 months with my family for 15 days. It is a true dream vacation and I really want to go zip linning with my DH. I have lost 70 pounds. BUT I need to lose another 60 pounds to be able to meet the weight requirements. I am on OWL now and am on the alcoohol rung. If I up my exercise by a lot
can it be done? I am in this for the long haul, I just know we will not be going back and I don't want to miss my chance.
