Re: Who deducts fiber from carb counts?
No problem! I actually eat a ton, though.
Let me illuminate a bit, since I almost always have an appetite larger than even the men I dine with ...
I choose my foods carefully! So that I am able to eat enough to satiate my own appetite, I do keep everything as low as possible on the glycemic index. If I were not to do this and were to chose pineapple and raisins instead of berries/cherries/melon; or if I were to opt for cashews in lieu of macadamia nuts/pumpkin and sunflower seeds/pecans/almonds, or if I ate whole wheat pasta instead of shirataki noodles, my portions would reduce drastically. I choose my carbohydrates wisely - the whole quality-over-quanity thing really works for me!
