      Another vote for Stevia. Splenda kinda makes me ill. But it does have a nice taste.

        when baking it's always best to mix sweeteners, they seem to work very well together, far better than on their own.

        For baking i mostly use splenda/cyclamates (not available in the US), but sometimes i do splenda/stevia (more splenda than stevia)

            I use Stevia when I need sugar for anything. I avoid all artificial sweetners. To many risks.


            It is nice seeing a picture where I actually have a neck!
