    A salad called the wedge. it's iceberg lettuce, blue cheese chunks, blue cheese dressing, tomato and bacon. YUM . It comes with onion but I omit that, I AM at work ya know....hehe, I eat this about 4 times a week.

      I'm having minced beef in a bolognaise type sauce with brocoli....covered in cheese...and a litre of water to wash it all down....mmmmm!!

      Did Atkins on and off from Feb 2005 until April 2008. Fluctuated between 15 st 1/211lbs and 11 st 1/155lbs.
      On different weightloss programme from 28th May 2008 start weight 14 st 11/207lbs.
      Current weight 10st 3lbs/143lbs.
      Ultimate Goal Weight 9 st/126lbs.

          Bump!

          Today I had sliced roast beef from the deli and ate it rolled up and dipped in horseradadish/mayo. Also had a spinach salad with tomato, mushroom, bell pepper, cucumber, green onion and radishes, topped with Maries Chunky Blue Cheese.

            Today I had chicken ceasar salad... w/romaine, chicken, mozzerella and parmesean, onions, and ceasar dressing.

              Because it was cold and rainy this morning I packed Instant vegetable soup (recipe here: http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...ad.php?t=30816), some diced chicken and a rice cake for lunch.

                Megs, did you eat a ricecake on purpose? I'm just kidding. Ricecakes make me think of low fat diets. My mom used to eat rice cakes sprayed with fake butter spray. ewwwwwww. lol

                  I made the soup separately (no meat added). At lunchtine, I tossed the chicken into the soup and I crumbled the rice cake into it for "croutons". I could have added cheese, but I'm having that for dessert tonight.

                  Tomorrow is office potluck day....I have no idea what I'll bring. But I'll probably have the soup for dinner along with chicken tossed in. And I'll probably add chopped avocado, hot sauce and a couple of fried corn tortilla strips for a chicken-vegetable tortilla soup thing

                  BTW, I'm in Pre-Maintenance, so corn and rice are totally allowed....

                    Mmm, I used to love rice cakes! Honestly, I did. Too bad my body doesn't like rice anymore.

                    Today is sort of an odds 'n' ends finger foods day. I'm having one small bunch of celery with chunky natural peanut butter, sugar snap peas with dill dip, and a couple of ounces of deli turkey.

                        Mushroom soup, a little left over cauliflower rice and a piece of cheddar cheese. Bit of a fridge raid rather than an organised meal.
