just signed up for fitday.....can someone explain to me the ways that they use the program? how it benefits them? how it helps them maintain focus and enthusiasm? please comment so i can follow up with all the suggestions.

. Once you've got all the foods you eat entered in as custom foods, then it's a breeze to continue to use them.
i am a typical guy in that i have worked very hard to develop my arms and chest in a gym....and i just dont want to lose that size and strength, but....i do want to lose weight.
I'm doing Jazzercise 5-6 days a week (combo of dance-ish cardio - heart pumping stuff/ and weight training) plus karate twice a week.
