    19 days and Counting

Hi Everyone! I started Induction on November 1 and to date, I have lost 15 lbs! Granted, I want to lose 86 more but it's a start and it feels great! All of my tight pants fit again and a lot of them are actually loose! I've gotten to the point where I feel guilty for thinking about cheating. It's actually good because then I don't even bother. I have been out to a few restaurants and have been able to make good choices. I'm still in ketosis. I had been in moderate range until yesterday when I moved up a notch.

Stay strong everyone, especially this week! Keep up the good work and as always, you all are truly inspirational!

Oh you guys are doing soooooo good! I started 11/2 and only down 10 pounds.....which may have something to do with this being my third (real) time around.

              Hello to all....

I've been reading on and off today, looking for words of encouragement....

I started on November 4th and to date have only lost 5 1/2 lbs...

I ate ONLY what the induction plan said.........

Yes, my clothes are feeling a little bit better, but

I read these stories of all this mega pounds and think.... can I do this???

Just a little history.... I did this 7 years ago and lost 73 pounds, went from a thick hefty 22 to a 10 comfortably....kept it off until about 1.5 years ago...

              HELP in Arkansas.........
              Chera

I can do this! I can do this!
